~ Daily Maid Service is Included
~ Above Rates are based on One or Two Persons per unit
~ Extra Person $10.00 off-season, $15.00 in-season
~ Saturday Night Only add $10.00
~ Cribs and Roll-away beds are available upon request (must be reserved in advance - extra charge)

~ Non-smoking rooms available upon request. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in, or in the doorway, of a non-smoking room.

~ Sorry... but for the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets!

~ Due to limited parking, we can only accommodate one car per room
~ Children age 2 and under are free
~ Minimum stays possible during peak periods
~ Deposits: Deposit of one nights lodging plus tax is required for all confirmed reservations. Balance is due upon arrival payable by MC, VISA, DISC, Cash or USD Travelers Checks. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted upon arrival.
~ Cancellations: If a reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received with less than a 7 days notice are NON REFUNDABLE! No refunds are given for early departures or shortened stays.
