~ Above Rates are based on One or Two Persons per unit
~ Extra Person $10.00 off-season, $15.00 in-season
~ Saturday Night Only add $10.00 (when available)
~ Cribs and Roll-away beds are available upon request (must be reserved in advance - extra charge)

~ Non-Smoking rooms available upon request. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in or near a non-smoking room. Smoking is only allowed in a smoking room or in the designated smoking area.

~ Sorry... but for the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets!

~ Due to limited parking, we can only accommodate one car per room
~ Children age 2 and under are free
~ Minimum stays possible during peak periods
~ Deposits: Deposit of one nights lodging plus tax is required for all confirmed reservations. Balance is due upon arrival payable by MC, VISA, DISC, Cash or USD Travelers Checks. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted upon arrival.
~ Cancellations: All deposits are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee if received at least 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 10 days are non-refundable. No refunds are given for early departures or shortened stays.
